01 - Train & Adopt

Train, Adopt & Govern

AI training for engineering and business teams, rules for using AI at work that legal and security can sign off, and the technical side of EU AI Act compliance. Selected programs are eligible for BUR co-funding in Poland.

AI training for leadership, product teams and engineering.

Programs for business, product and engineering teams: workshops priced per day, or a cohort program running over several weeks. The curriculum is built around your team's tools and the work they actually do. Exercises run on the team's own repositories and processes, not on generic AI examples.

Co-funding for training. Selected AI training programs are listed in Poland's Development Services Database (BUR). The operator decides on co-funding and its level, based on company size and region. Eligibility is checked before planning, on the intro conversation.

In short

AI Institute, the training area of 23Minds, runs AI training in coding with AI, automating everyday work and using AI tools safely. Programs are designed and taught by engineers who build software with AI and audit AI-written code. Tracks: engineering on AI coding tools, business on automation and safe day-to-day use, leadership on rollout planning and measuring return. The governance basics are four documents: an AI usage policy, an approved-tools list, an evaluation schedule and risk-register entries, with acceptance criteria agreed with legal and procurement. The technical side of EU AI Act compliance covers system inventory, risk classification and technical documentation, and its scope depends on the system and on your role under the regulation. Article 4 of the AI Act on AI literacy has applied since 2 February 2025, and obligations for high-risk systems listed in Annex III apply from 2 December 2027. Selected training programs are eligible for co-funding from Poland's Development Services Database (BUR), under operator rules. IT training and consulting fall within the company's ISO 9001:2015 certificate (DNV, no. 10000439701-MSC-RvA-POL, valid until 3 March 2027).

Who it's for

Built for teams in these situations.

  • Engineering leaders rolling out AI coding assistants across their teams
  • L&D and HR leaders procuring practical AI training under BUR/PARP funding
  • Heads of operations who need agreed rules for using AI across the team
  • Business owners buying AI training for their team who want to know what the team keeps afterwards
Problems we solve

The situations that bring teams to this area.

  • Teams are using AI tools ad-hoc with no shared standards or evaluation
  • Procurement and legal block AI rollout because there is no governance baseline
  • The training budget is there, but it is hard to tell whether the team uses AI in daily work afterwards
  • Tools are licensed but adoption stalls past the early enthusiasts
FAQ

Questions procurement teams ask.

Selected AI training programs are eligible for co-funding from Poland's Development Services Database (BUR), depending on company size, region and the operator's current rules. We check it with you on the intro conversation, before you plan anything.
Both. Engineering tracks focus on AI-assisted development workflows, code evaluation and production patterns. Business tracks focus on workflow automation, prompt design and safe use of AI tools day to day.
The procurement-ready baseline: an AI usage policy, an approved-tools list, an evaluation cadence for outputs that touch production, and a basic risk register. Not a heavy framework - enough for legal and security to sign off.
Workshops are priced per day, for one team of up to 12 people or an online lecture with no attendee limit, and we pick the number of days to fit the team. A cohort program runs 4 to 6 weeks with weekly sessions. The AI usage rules package closes within 3 weeks and the AI Act gap analysis within 4, counting from the day the scope is agreed.
The share of the team using the tools after training, time saved per person per week, the share of code changes prepared with AI, and the result of a check against your own rules. We agree the specific metrics on the intro conversation. Adoption alone says little: in the 2025 DORA report, 90% of respondents used AI at work, while 30% had little or no trust in the quality of AI output.
The dates depend on your role and on how your AI systems are classified, and the legal reading is one to confirm with your lawyer. Article 4 (AI literacy) and the prohibitions in Article 5 have applied since 2 February 2025, obligations for general-purpose AI models since 2 August 2025, and the transparency duties in Article 50 since 2 August 2026. Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 amended the wording of Article 4 from 27 July 2026 and moved the obligations for high-risk systems to 2 December 2027 for Annex III and 2 August 2028 for AI in regulated products. In Poland, the Act of 3 July 2026 on artificial intelligence systems (Journal of Laws 2026 item 1003) has been in force since 11 August 2026, and its provisions on individual opinions, inspections and penalties apply from 28 October 2026.
